Our Mission
About Us
Helping California homeowners discover battery backup and solar programs that reduce energy costs and increase home resilience.
Navigating California's Energy Evolution
California leads the nation in renewable energy adoption, but its electrical grid faces severe challenges from PSPS blackout events, extreme seasonal heatwaves, and shifting Time-of-Use rates. CA Backup Battery Systems provides clear, independent educational guidance to help residents navigate utility incentive programs across SCE, PG&E, SDG&E, and IID territories.
Home Resilience
We believe no homeowner should be left in the dark during wildfire safety shutoffs or extreme grid failures.
Grid Stabilization
By connecting distributed home batteries into Virtual Power Plants, we help strengthen California's electrical grid for everyone.
